McKinney TX Residential Sales Report for October
Sales in the McKinney area were up 3% in October as compared to last October. The average sales price rose 5% while the median sales price climbed 7%. Pending sales came in also up 3%. New listings jumped 18%. The number of active listings shot up 65%. With this increase in inventory, buyers will find it just a little easier to find a home: However, the months of inventory remains low at 3.3 months. With 6 months considered a balanced market, McKinney is still tilted to the Seller's Favor.
