Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January - Frisco TX
January was a strong months for sales in Frisco. Up 22% from the same time last year. The average sales price increased 3% while the median sales price rose 4%. Price gains have been moderating. Pending sales were up a healthy 11%. New listings climbed 27% while the active listings jumped 32%. These large percentage increases are a reflection of just how low the inventory was last January. The real number to look at to judge supply is the months of inventory and it stands at 2.3 months. Frisco is still well into the sellers side of the market.
