Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February - North Dallas
The top end of the market has been struggling with a shortage of buyers and it;s showing up in north Dallas Sales. In February sales were off 5%. More troubling was the sharp 20%decline in pending sales. This does not bode well for the March sales number. The median sales price did increase 12%. The number of new listings fell 16% while the active listings dropped 5%. The months of inventory stands at 4.5 months.
