Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February - Far North Dallas

Home sales were strong in Far North Dallas in February, Up 33% as compered to last February. The average sales price rose 2%. The median sales price increased 11%. Pending sales were down 1%. don't thing that is anything to be concerned about. The number of new listings rose 10% while the active listings took a leap of 25%. As we have seen in other areas, this increase in the active listings is really a reflection of how low the inventory was last year. The months of inventory remains very low at 2 months. It's a sellers market.
