Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February - Garland TX

Well, buyers were out in full force in Garland during February. Sales were up 20%. The average sales price rose 10% while the median sales price jumped 14%. Pending sales are a little troubling coming in at a down 10%. Looks like buyers snapped up all the good houses and the buyers that were left had difficulty finding something to buy. New listings declined 4%. The active listings rose 30% compared to a year ago. The months of inventory increased to 0.9 months. That's not many houses!
