Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March - Carrollton/Farmers Branch
Well sales took a hit in March. Down 19%. Pending sales were not that much better declining 10%. April is not shaping up to be a positive month for sales. The average sales price rose 2% while the median sales price climbed 5%. The number of new listings fell 9%. Active listings were up 10%. The months of inventory now stands at 1.2 months. It's a sellers market with buyers having a tough time finding a home to buy.
