Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April - Lake Highlands/NE Dallas
Lake highlands remains a very popular area for buyers. Sales were up 6% in April compared to the same time last year. The average sales price increased 6% while the median sales price rose 7%. Pending sales took a nice jump up 30%. Looks like a very positive May is shaping up. The number of new listings increased 6% but the active listings fell 9%. A lot of those new listings got snapped up.
The months of inventory fell to 2 months. You have to be quick if you are a buyer in this market.
