Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April - Wylie TX
Buyers like Wylie. Sales were up 10%. The average sales price did decline 1% and the median sales price fell 2%. Just looks like some builders cut some prices slightly. Pending sales were up 7% so May is shaping up to be a positive month. The number of new listings shot up 31% taking the active listings up 35%. While this looks like a lot of new inventory, the months of inventory remains very low at 1.7 months. not a good number if you are a buyer.

Median Sales Price: $279,500
Pending Sales: 130
New Listings: 158
Active Listings: 203
