Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July - Lake Highlands/NE Dallas
Sales have not been going well in the Lake highlands area for several months now and July was no an exception. Sales fell 16% as compared to last July. The average sales price continues to climb up 8% while the median sales price rose 3%. Pending sales declined 8%. the number of new listings actually declined 16%. not very helpful if you are a buyer. Active listings were up 1%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.4 months. We are still very much a sellers market in the Lake highlands area.

Average Sales Price: $444,286
Median Sales Price: $410,000
Pending Sales: 71
New Listings: 78
Active Listings: 150
Months of Inventory: 2.4
