Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July - McKinney TX
Buyers were out in full force in the McKinney area in July! Sales were up 14% compared to last July. The average sales price rose 11% and the median sales price climbed 12%. Pending sales increased 8%. The number of new listings fell 1%. Active listings jumped 12%. The months of inventory rose slightly to 3.5 months.
