Dallas Area Residential Sales Report - North Dallas
North Dallas was one of the areas that came in with lower sales in July. Sales were off by 2%. Not terrible but not good. The average sales price increased 23% as the sales were concentrated in the upper price ranges. Median sales were much more in line up 5%. Pending sales were down 1%. New listings declined 16% and the active listings declined 13%. Not helping if you are a buyer. The months of inventory fell to 5.4 months. Still very close to a balanced market of 6 months.
