Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September - Carrollton/Farmers Branch
Carrollton and Farmers Branch were one of the few areas with positive sales in September. Sales were up 3% as compared to last September. However, the pending sales declined 24%. October is not looking to be a plus. The average sales price rose 7% while the median sales price climbed 2%. New listings fell 13%. The active listings were up 22%. One has to remember that last September the number of active listings was very low. The months of inventory now stands at 2.8 months.
