Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August - Wylie TX

Wylie followed most of the northern Dallas suburbs in sales down 10%. However, the pending sales showed an increase of 5%. The average sales price rose 5%. Median sales price was up 12%. Sales continue to be concentrated in the upper price ranges. New listings climbed 11% and the active listings jumped up 29%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.7 months. This is still short of the 6 months considered a balanced market.
