Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November - Far North Dallas
Sales in November were down 10% as compared to last November. However, pending sales came in up 11%. The average sales price rose 8% and the median sales price climbed 6%. There was a large increase of 22% in the new listings puling the active listings up 23%. Months of inventory increased to 3.1 months. This is still well short of the 6  months considered a balanced market.
