Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November - Richardson TX
Richardson experienced a small decline in sales of 6% as compared to last November but the pending sales were up 6%. Sort of a wash. The average sales price was flat while the median sales price increased 4%. New listings climbed 8%. Active listings showed a whopping 45% increase. This is a distortion in the data caused by inventory being very low last November. A better look at supply is the months of inventory which is now at 2 months. This is a very short supply and buyers are still having a difficult time finding a home that fits their lifestyle.
