Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October - Carrollton/Farmers Branch
The Carrollton and Farmers Branch area followed the trend of most of the norther suburbs with sales down 13%. Pending sales were not quite as bad only down 10%. The average sales price rose 16%. Looks like there were some high dollar sales that pulled this average up. The median sales price climbed 10%. New listings fell 4%. Active listings increased 17% as compared to last October. The months of inventory now stands at 2.7 months. We are still in a sellers market.
