Dallas Area Residential Sales Report - Celina TX Recap 2018
594 homes sold in Celina in 2018 as compared to 2017. The average sales price was flat at $395,156. A 1% drop was recorded in the median sales price as it declined to $365,000. Pending sales rose 17% to 578 units. New listings jumped 29% to 1,534 homes.
