Dallas Area Residential Sales Report - Frisco Recap 2018
During 2018 there were 3,556 home sales in Frisco. This was a 5% decrease for 2017. The average sales price came in at $447,254, a 1% increase. Median sales price rose 3% to $397,500.
There were 3,626 pending sales during the year. New listings saw a 3% decline to 5,259 units.
