Dallas Area Residential Sales Report - Wylie TX 2018 Recap
There we 1,402 homes sold in Wylie in 2018. this represents a 1% decline compared to 2017. The average sales price rose 3% to $309,811. The median sales price climbed 6% to $300,890. Pending sales came in with 1,476 units a 2% increase, There were 1,788 homes placed on the market in 2018 an 11% increase.
