Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January - Frisco TX
Home sales got hammered in January in Frisco down 25%. Pending sales were a little better only off 13%. The average sales price dropped 4% while the median sales price was flat. New listings declined 17% but with the drop in the number of sales the active listings rose 14% as compared to lat January. The months of inventory now stands at 3 months. We are half way to the 6 months considered a balanced market.
