Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February - Frisco TX
February was not a kind months to home sales in Frisco. Sales fell 25%. Och! Pending sales took a dive of 13%. Not looking good for March. The average sales price declined 4% while the median sales price was flat. New listings dropped 17%. not a help. The number of active listings increased 14% taking the months of inventory to 3 months. We are half way to a balanced market.
