Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February - Prosper TX
The norther Dallas suburbs did not fair well for homes sales in February and Prosper was no exception. Homes sales fell 21%. Pending sales were even worse off 24%. The average sales price did eked out a 4% increase but the median sales price declined 4%. Kind of a wash. New listings dropped 9%. Active listings came in up 28% as homes remain on the market longer. The months of inventory hit 5.6 months, Getting very close to the 6 months considered a balanced market.
