Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February - Carrollton/Farmers Branch
Well Carrollton/ Farmers Branch certainly were where the buyers were in February. Homes sales jumped 38%. Pending sales were even better up 43%. Looks like March will be a good month for sales in this area! The average sales price did decline 2% while the median sales price rose 8%. New listings increased 32%. Active listings jumped 107%. As in some other areas you must remember we are comparing to last year when listings were very low. The months of inventory only stands at 1.8 months so we are still very tilted to seller side.
