Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April - Garland TX
Garland came in with a positive sales number up 4%. Pending sales jumped 26% so it's looking good for May. The average sales price increased 8%. The median sales price rose 6%. New listings climbed 19% while the active listings were up 73%. As in several other areas the large increase in active listings is simply cause by the active listings being so low last April. The months of inventory is at 1.8 months.
