Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April - Frisco TX


Well the home sales and pending home sales were flat. The average sales price rose 9% while the median sales price was up 8%. Looks like sales were skewed to the higher price ranges. The number of new listings fell 12%. not a lot of help if you are a buyer. The active listings were 3% higher than this time last year. The months of inventory is at 3.7 months.
