Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April - Far North Dallas
After being down for several months home sales rebounded in Far north Dallas and finished April up 12%. Unfortunately pending sales did not follow suite and fell 9%. not a good sign for May. The average sales price increased 3% while the median sales price took a 10% jump. The number of new listings rose 9%. The active listings were up 37% as compared to last April. The months of inventory now stands at 3.9 months.
